Our Authentic Cowboy Kitchen provides a savory meal cooked over an open campfire for groups large and small.  This presentation of cowboy culture and cuisine features genuine dutch oven cooking that captures 'the feeling of the campsite' on the cattle trail.  You and your guests will enjoy the nostalgia of a time past when the chuck wagon was the only 'cafe' a trail hand knew.

Cattle Drive Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy or pancakes & syrup, cowboy coffee and fresh orange juice

Cowboy Round Up lunch or Dinner menu offers a wide variety of choices from Cowboy Steak Dinner, Chicken Fried Steak, Hamburgers & Hot Dogs, Smoked Brisket & Sausage, Spicy Texas Chili or Hearty Vegetable Beef Stew

All meals are served with delicious side dishes and dessert of your choice.

Our most requested dessert is our Dutch oven Peach Cobbler.
Other desserts include banana cream pudding, moist carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, rich chocolate & key lime pie or cookies and ice cream.

We can accomodate many special requests.
